Hypergeometric probability arises in the context of sampling without replacement from a finite population. We describe four methods for computing hypergeometric probability, discus their relative merits and a connection between the two widely used methods. In turn, it has been transparent that the sample space is not unique though they result in the same probability model on the real line.
