Abstract
This internship report titled “Patient Management System” was done at Macadam IT during 1st July 2021 to 30th September 2021. Macadam IT is a software company which provides industry and research services for national and international clients. I was involved as a web designer in my hosting company Macadam IT. I have tried to make this internship report informative and analytical as much as possible according to the information and knowledge I have acquired.
