Abstract

Online users increase more and more. And online shopping is a more easy way and easy way to buying anything online. But sometimes it's difficult to believe in online ordered products because of product quality, authentication, fake product returns procedure. So I want to build this website where I'm trying to solve those problems. Here, people can view the ratings and reviews of other users. They can send requests to their vendors to return any faulty products. This system is developed using React, node js, MongoDB for database management. As user behavior pattern is put up in graphical format it will be easier for the admin to view the data and can make decision process faster and can come up with solution quicker. This system helps the user to find out correct reviews, ratings and performance of the product and the company also.
